One work surface for you and your AI agents
Once you're working with more than one AI tool, the work starts to scatter: a request in one chat, a question in another, a task waiting on you somewhere you forgot to check. Rocko built a custom project-management surface that brings it into one place. There's a layer for the person running the work and a layer AI tools and harnesses can connect to, so work can be delegated, handed off and passed along, with guidance and approval built into how it moves.
The short answer
Rocko built a custom project-management surface with a human-facing layer and an agent-connectable layer. It connects multiple AI tools and harnesses into one place, so the person running the work can delegate tasks, receive handoffs when an agent needs something, and forward requests from one agent to another. Agents can also send requests to each other through the surface, all within clear guidance and approval rules.
The problem it solves
AI agents can take on real work, but each tool tends to live in its own window. Without a shared place to assign work and see what's waiting, the person in charge becomes the switchboard, copying context between tools and chasing down what needs an answer. This surface gives delegation, handoffs and requests one home.
What the surface supports
- A human-facing layer for the person directing the work
- An agent-connectable layer for the AI tools and harnesses you connect
- Delegating work to connected agents
- Handoffs back to you when an agent needs input
- Forwarding a request from one agent to another
- Agents sending requests to each other through the same surface
- Guidance and approval rules around all of it
How work moves
You put work on the surface and delegate it to a connected agent.
When an agent needs something from you, it sends a handoff.
You can forward a request from one agent to another.
Agents can send requests to each other through the same surface.
Guidance and approval rules shape how all of it moves.
A person stays in charge
Guidance and approval are part of the design, not an afterthought. Agents work within the guidance they're given, requests and handoffs move through one place, and approval steps keep a person in charge of what moves forward. A tool like this sits close to how a business actually runs, so it stays private. We explain how it works; we don't put the working surface on display.
FAQ
Is this a product we can sign up for?
This page describes a custom build. If you need a similar surface for your own work and tools, start with a call.
Can we see it?
No. It's a private working tool, and it stays that way. This page explains how work, handoffs and requests move through it without showing the tool itself.
Can it connect the tools we already use?
This surface was built to connect multiple AI tools and harnesses. Whether yours can connect depends on what those tools allow, and we check that before we build anything.
